This page is not broken. Paid mailbox URLs only work after you start a flow and the server stores your email and mailbox username in your browser session.

What to do

Use All mailbox tools (pick an action and submit email + username), or
Open Mailbox forms (static) and submit the matching Continue / compose form first, then complete payment in the same browser so the session cookie is kept.
