Assumption of risk and hold harmless
By using this application and the mail services behind it, you accept the terms below. This page is the canonical copy in the app.
Your risk
You use this service entirely at your own risk. Email, automation, payments (including x402 and on-chain settlement), credentials, APIs, and third-party networks can fail, change, or be abused. You bear all risk of loss, delay, mis-delivery, downtime, security incidents, wallet or key mistakes, regulatory or tax consequences, and any other harm arising from your use. If you are not willing to accept that risk, do not use the service.
No warranties
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from harmful components. The operator does not warrant that mail will be delivered, stored without loss, or free of spam or malware.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to this service, even if advised of the possibility. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
Hold harmless and indemnity
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the operator, its affiliates, and their respective owners, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with: your use of the service; your content or messages; your violation of law or of the acceptable use policy; or your interaction with third parties (including recipients, wallets, facilitators, and networks).
